Job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ø Receive, verify and acknowledge receipt of the documents in accordance with agreed document control procedure
  • Ø Register the drawings received from Client and others.
  • Ø Issue documents to Classification Societies and Owners for approval
  • Ø Issue documents with transmittal to Operations and other departments
  • Ø File the drawings and documents
  • Ø Submission of Design Acceptance Request via LTA EPIC System (Online DAR Portal) in accordance with project document formats and requirements.
  • Ø Manage and control all interface documentation and prepare updates and responds toclient’s request for information about project status
  • Ø Create, issue and progress documents transmittal to clients, sub-con and consultants.
  • Ø Maintain proper filing systems according to ISO Standard and implement project documentmanagement system and process in accordance with company policies.
  • Ø Ensure proper document classifications, sorting, filing and archiving and managed instrict confidentiality.
  • Ø Performs files back-up to ensure proper storage and archiving of projects records.
  • Ø Assist Clients and walk in visitors
  • Ø Handle incoming and outgoing calls for ALL department
Requirements:
  • At least 5years LTA Project Working Experience
  • Familiar with project management
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel & Power Point
  • Knowledge of Document Management
  • Proficient typing and editing skills, Data organization skills
  • Basic understanding of construction documents
