Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Drafter to prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit. Responsibilities include managing BIM models, developing construction documentation, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and preferably hold a Specialist Certification in BIM. This position offers a base salary of up to $4500 and potential variable bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D models (BIM/Revit) for construction and shop drawings across different project stages.
• Develop and update construction documentation in accordance with project specifications, standards, and design requirements.
• Set up and maintain BIM models, including regular updates, revisions, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform basic clash checks and coordination, and assist in resolving design conflicts with engineers and project teams.
• Produce and update shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings based on site feedback and changes.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project staff to ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and buildable.
• Manage drawing submissions, revisions, and document control in coordination with the document controller.
• Support project teams with drafting-related tasks and ad-hoc drawing updates as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience as Drafter
• Softwares used: AutoCAD + Revit or/and Navisworks
• Specialist Certification in BIM is added advantage
