Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Logistics & Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensure the smooth delivery of items, and provide excellent customer support from order to fulfillment.
Customer Service
- Assist customers throughout the order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely updates and proactive communication.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service operations.
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documentation when required.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, logistic teams, and suppliers to support order fulfillment.
- Track shipments and provide customers with timely status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movement, and customer communication.
Logistics & Warehouse Management
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including storage, organization, and inventory control.
- Perform goods receiving, including quantity verification, condition checks, and documentation updates.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery in accordance with order requirements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of goods to meet safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to support timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
Support Compliance & ISO9001
- Manage document control processes in alignment with ISO9001 requirements.
- Maintain updated records, SOPs, forms, and controlled documents.
- Support internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure teams adhere to established procedures and compliance standards.
Support Process Management & Improvement
- Assist in reviewing, improving, and implementing operational processes for customer service and logistics.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and suggest enhancements to improve customer experience and internal coordination.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation, communication, and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields.
- 3 years or more of experience in customer service, logistics support, compliance, or document control preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 quality management systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or inventory systems is beneficial.
