A local HR consultancy is seeking a Social Worker to develop individualized care plans, monitor their execution, and implement activities to meet residents’ care needs. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Social Work. This is a full-time position in Buangkok, Singapore, during office hours, Monday to Friday.
Formación
- Degree in Social Work is required.
Responsabilidades
- Develop individualised care plans for residents.
- Execute the care plan and monitor progress.
- Develop and implement programmes and activities to meet the residents’ care needs.
- Put up 6th monthly review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents.
