Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional for a temporary finance role from January to February 2026. Responsibilities include assisting with data entry, supporting accounts payable and receivable, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a minimum A Level or Diploma in Accountancy and be proficient in Excel. Competitive salary based on qualifications offered.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification A Level or Diploma in Accountancy.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with numbers.
- Available to commit to the full 2-month period.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry of accounting transactions.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Help with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare, check, and organise documents for finance records.
- Perform basic reconciliation tasks and simple Excel reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Skills
Education
Location: Mountbatten
Employment Type: Temporary (January – End February 2026)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Salary:
- A Level: $2,000/month (preferably with POA or strong numeracy/Excel skills)
- Diploma in Accounting with relevant background: Up to $2,500/month
