Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Operation Executive to handle watch appraisal and valuation tasks. You'll be responsible for purchasing, price negotiation, managing inventory, and assisting with customer inquiries. Ideal candidates have relevant experience in luxury brands and retail environments. Qualifications

• Relevant experience in watch authentication, valuation, or appraisal for luxury brands.
• Hands-on experience in a pawn shop or pre-owned luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries.
• Manage servicing, repairs, and inventory.
• Assist with watch authentication and documentation.
• Support sales and marketing with product photography and listings.
• Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
• Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team and handle ad-hoc duties.
