A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Senior Executive / Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, enhancing employer branding, and partnering with executive teams for strategic hiring. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and excellent interpersonal skills. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Senior Executive / Executive to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with business units to meet hiring needs, and enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions aligned with business goals.
Implement sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and track hiring metrics and performance.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion standards.
Serve as a recruitment advisor to business units, offering market insights and best practices.
Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to align on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
Support interview processes, including assessment methods and selection criteria.
Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and appeal.
Collaborate with marketing to create engaging recruitment campaigns and social media content.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
Build and manage partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
Contribute to broader HR initiatives beyond recruitment, supporting organizational goals.
Continuously improve recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-fill metrics.
2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
