Job Description
- Compiling and maintaining of centralised database for Operations Team
- Creation and maintenance of PLU keys in POS system
- Setting up meetings and writing of minutes
- Facilitate communications between HQ Management and Operations Team
- Observe and assist in brand improvements
- Gather relevant information and data related to Operations
- Tracking of Sales and Marketing Campaign for Sales Analysis
- Opening of Blanket PO for Operations Team
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in IT or other related discipline
- Self-motivated and independent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous, committed and able to multitask
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
