Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in maid agency or customer service.
  • Comfortable handling both sales enquiries and administrative tasks.
  • CEI-certified candidates preferred; otherwise must be willing to attend CEI course.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with clients through sales inquiries.
  • Providing after-sales support and relationship management.
  • Preparing documentation and maintaining administrative records.
  • Prepare service agreements, contracts, and necessary documentation.
  • Assist management with day-to-day office tasks and operational duties.
