Job summary

A leading education service provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to support school events, provide administrative assistance, and assist teachers with learning materials. The ideal candidate should have a minimum GCE 'O' Level and 2 years of administrative experience. Event management experience is preferable along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools. This full-time role requires good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with Pass in English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration.
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in event management.
• Preferably with experience working in an education institution.
• Proficient in English (written and oral).
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support school to plan, organise, and execute events.
• Provide administrative support to the school across functions.
• Assist teachers in developing learning materials.
• Maintain accurate records for classrooms and events.
