Job summary
A leading engineering solutions company in Singapore is looking for a service technician to perform standard service activities and troubleshoot technical problems. This physically demanding role requires extensive walking and standing, and a focus on complete customer satisfaction. Qualifications
- Physically demanding position requiring extensive walking and standing.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in tight spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform all standard service activities through Tier I unassisted.
- Diagnose and resolve recurring technical problems.
- Assist in planning and communicating support plans with customer management.
