Our Junior Engineers are integrated into multi-functional Software Engineering teams, working closely with Senior Software Engineers to learn the latest technologies and techniques.

• Strong interest in data engineering and data pipeline development
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, C#, Java, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, GCP Dataflow, etc.)
• Experience with relational (SQL) or NoSQL databases
• Ability to create interactive visualizations and reports using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn new tools, frameworks, and data concepts
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Additionally, you will participate in our internal Fresh Graduate program, which develops emerging professionals through on-the-job training and project work.

• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines for business needs
• Handle data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and extraction from various sources
• Collaborate with teams to understand and deliver data solutions
• Write code in programming languages such as Python, C#, Java
• Utilize cloud platforms for storage, processing, and integration
• Use SQL or NoSQL databases for data operations
• Develop visualization and reporting solutions
• Document processes and troubleshoot data flow issues

• Minimal experience in Software Engineering activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good organizational and communication skills in multicultural environments

Functional Skills:

• Basic understanding of finance and investment banking concepts

Technical Skills:

Education & Work Experience:

• Fresher or Junior Level (less than 2 years of experience)
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or data analytics preferred
