Job summary
A fire protection equipment manufacturer in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Executive (Full Set) to manage complete sets of accounts and handle multi-currency transactions. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MYOB. This is a permanent role offering a monthly salary of up to $4500 plus variable bonuses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with MYOB and computer literate.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete sets of accounts.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and manage month-end closings.
- Prepare monthly management reports.

- Handle transactions in multiple currencies.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and manage month-end closings.
- Prepare monthly management reports.
- File quarterly GST reports.
- Monitor company cash flow.
- Support daily financial and accounting tasks.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
- LCCI, ACCA, or a Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with MYOB and computer literate.
