Hiring senior clinic assistant with at least 2 years of GP clinic work experience.

To assist in the daily operations of the clinic inclusive but not limited to the following:

• Registration of patients, triage and appointment booking


• Dispensing of medication and collection of payments


• Familiar with E- payment modes (QR pay, Nets)


• Assist in booking of appointment for patients for chronic disease and remind patients of their upcoming appointments


• Perform swabs, ECG and assisting doctor in procedure


• Handling of incoming calls and attend to patient enquiries.


• Submission of claims eg Medisave, CHAS, MBS and Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes.


• Other ad-hoc administrative tasks

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment


• Customer service orientation with pleasant disposition.


• Diligent and willing to learn


• Good command of spoken and written English


• Good IT proficiency required (Computer system, Managed Care portals)


• Familiar with MBS, MHCP claim portal, TPA claims


• Minimum GCE O level and above with relevant experience in healthcare/ GP clinic setting.


• 2 years of GP clinic work experience preferred


• Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay will be an advantage, in order to communicate with and dispense medications to Chinese and Malay speaking patients who are unable to speak English.


• Able to work shifts - 44 hours/ week - Inclusive of 3 evening session (5.30 to 9pm) and 1 weekend morning (8.30-12.30pm)
