  • Manage patients' general enquiries and screen patients' conditions.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Assist with patient registration, bookings, and billing duties.

Job Descriptions
  • Assist & attend to visitors enquires.
  • Promote and educate patients on the use of mobile applications and self-help functions, and onboard them into nationwide healthcare initiatives to promote self-care.
  • Facilitating and planning for programmes, liaising with partnered vendors, planning for logistics and schedules to carry out the programmes.
  • Provide patient care services such as measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure.
  • Manage patients’ general enquiries and screen patients’ general condition.
  • Provide administrative support as and when required.
  • Frontline operation, assists patient registration, bookings of appointments & billing duties.
