HiArt is currently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team!!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
  • Managing phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling course fee collection and end-of-day closing procedures
  • Assisting with student enrollment processes
  • Providing support for daily center operations
  • Undertaking additional administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Exceptional people management abilities and a strong team player
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Work locations: Tiong Bahru

Working Days and Hours:
  • Tuesday to Sunday (5.5 days work week)

MUST be able to work on Weekends 9am-6pm.
