Job Scope

• Handle all import/export and shipping documentation, including L/C, Bill of Lading, and FTA agreements.
• Provide customer support throughout the shipment process and advise on customs regulations in different countries.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, shipping lines, and forwarders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documents and information.
• Maintain good working relationships with agents and shipping companies.
• Monitor and control container inventory, including maintenance and repair.
• Collect and compare freight rates from different carriers.
• Support company projects, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the logistics industry.
• Basic understanding of logistics and freight forwarding operations.
• Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
