Job summary
A healthcare center in Singapore is seeking a professional to implement clinic service standards and improve patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include liaising with clinic managers, managing operations, and addressing complaints. Candidates should have experience in TCM or a related field, alongside strong organizational and leadership skills. This role offers a dynamic work environment with various operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Implement clinic service SOP to improve patient service quality.
- Liaise with clinic managers to monitor overall management.
- Handle, resolve, and communicate complaints and incidents.
Skills
Education
- Implement clinic service SOP and improve patients service quality to meet customer satisfaction
- Execute the process of providing TCM services in the company
- Liaise with clinic managers to monitor clinic overall management and track performance
- Ensure smooth running of clinic operations
- Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents
- Execute all company’s clinic assistant related matters including but not limited to: Roster/schedule/conduct/performance
- Plan and execute referral scheme between different healthcare partners.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned according to business needs.
- Experience in TCM / Spa / Western Clinic / Aesthetic / related field
- Min Diploma / Degree in any field
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
- Communication skills with customer service orientation
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Works well independently and has strong operational skills
- Develops strong relationships with co-workers and has strong leadership skills
