The successful candidate will lead a team, manage inventory, and drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service. The position offers a salary range of $2500 - $3300 plus performance bonuses and a conducive working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain the branch’s appearance and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

• Working Hour: Weekdays - 11am to 8pm; Weekend - 11am to 6pm
• Working Location: Far East Plaza
