Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking a strong leader for its team. Responsibilities include providing effective leadership, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Qualifications

  • Candidate must have good product knowledge on food items.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective leadership to the food and beverage team.
  • Respond to customer complaints and ensure positive customer service.
  • Meet and greet customers and organize table reservations.
  • Advise customers on menu and beverage choices.
  • Upsell desserts to customers.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.

Provide effective leadership to the food and beverage team to ensure targets are met

Respond to customer complaints. Ensure positive customer service in all areas, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers

Meet and greet customers and organise table reservations

Advise customers on menu and beverage choice

Upsell desserts to customers

Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

Ensure the strict compliance by all service and kitchen staff to company’s standard operating procedures

Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements :
  • Have good product knowledge on food items
