Job description

Key information about this role:

• This is a part-time/full-time role.
• This role is part of the ecommerce team in Decathlon Singapore, reporting to the e-Commerce Operations Leader of Singapore Lab.
• We consider only Singapore Citizens / Singapore PR for this role.

Decathlon has been present in Singapore since 2013, with our first store in Bedok opened in 2016. Our mission is to make sports accessible to everyone and satisfy our customers, which has led to rapid expansion. Currently, we operate 6 Experience stores and 9 Click & Collect stores in Singapore. We are looking for passionate sports enthusiasts who enjoy innovative thinking and breaking new barriers in retail and omni-channel operations.

Responsibilities

• Team Player: Ensure smooth E-commerce operations by collaborating with colleagues, handling roles such as picking, packing, order issues, and control tower management, while meeting delivery KPIs.
• Operations: Focus on operational excellence by improving processes and monitoring logistics KPIs to enhance supply chain performance.
• Explore new ways to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of E-commerce operations as the industry evolves.
• Partnerships: Work closely with various partners to strengthen operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Customer Service: Collaborate with the Customer Service team to identify areas for improvement, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Project Driven: Contribute to projects like C02 optimization, 0 Plastic initiatives, supplier management, productivity reports, and live dashboards within Singapore Lab.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Starting from $2100, up to $3000 or more, with monthly bonuses up to 10%
