An international hotel management company in Singapore is seeking an entry-level management candidate to lead kitchen staff and ensure culinary standards are met. This role involves food production, staff supervision, and maintaining high sanitation practices. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a hotel buffet setting along with a Higher Nitec in Culinary Arts.
Entry level management position that focuses on successfully accomplishing the daily objectives in the kitchen. Assists in leading staff while personally assisting in all areas of the kitchen, including food production; purchasing and kitchen sanitation. Position contributes to ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
