Job description

Our client is a leading provider of experience-based play facilities in Singapore who provides unique interactive play experiences to children. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Theme ParkManager to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Develop and manage operations schedules to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
  • Train and supervise the attractions crew to consistently meet established service levels.
  • Ensure Park facilities adhere to the highest safety, sanitization, and cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to uphold these standards.
  • Continuously review and improve the park\'s user experience through enhanced service standards, programs, and offerings.
  • Handle customer service issues promptly and efficiently on-site, via phone, or through digital communication channels.
  • Plan and oversee the smooth execution of park programs, working closely with the attractions team to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage daily cash sales and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports and participate in regular business and operational meetings.
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce park policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Identify and address operational issues to improve overall park performance.
  • Conduct regular First Aid training for the operations team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote park offerings.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance park performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop team members through regular performance reviews, goal setting, and career development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in leading a team, preferably within the attractions or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in operations planning, deployment, and people management.
  • Experience managing mascots and stage performances is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple and complex projects simultaneously, with the ability to work collaboratively across different business units.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Customer-oriented with a proven ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Dynamic, self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-driven mindset with the ability to manage unforeseen challenges.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as required by the nature of the business.
