• 协助餐厅日常运营及其他临时安排工作

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers, introduce the menu, and recommend signature dishes
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food promptly and ensure a pleasant dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
• Handle basic customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in daily restaurant operations and other ad-hoc tasks
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
