Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking individuals for its Continuing Sponsorship team. The successful candidates will manage client relationships and engage in high-level transactions. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Accounting, Law, or related fields, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required. Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, audit, banking or compliance (for Assistant Manager).
  • More than 5 years of experience for Manager level.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and legal documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities beyond the initial scope.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships for a portfolio of sponsored companies.
  • Work with clients on corporate actions, mergers, and fund-raising.
  • Review announcements and corporate actions of sponsored companies.
  • Advise on listing obligations and corporate governance matters.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Engage with regulators for timely resolution of issues.
