Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new market products, projects, and initiatives, including developing policies, procedures, and maintaining Operations Manuals.
• Execute and manage wholesale loan transactions, covering fund finance, structured finance, corporate finance, SBLC/LC, and other corporate loan products.
• Oversee SWIFT message processing and system management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
• Prepare reports for Management, Head Office, and MAS.
• Support internal control activities, including audits, BCP management, and updates to policies and manuals.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Fund Finance, Compliance, and Risk to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties and projects as required.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in international banking, focusing on wholesale loans and treasury products.
• Strong knowledge of fund finance, structured finance, corporate finance, SBLC/LC, and other corporate loan products.
• Experience with treasury products such as FX, Money Market, Bonds, or Derivatives is preferred.
• Deep understanding of banking operations, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in SWIFT systems, Microsoft Office, and banking market platforms.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent IT and analytical skills.
