Senior Project Executive
Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior Project Executive to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, strong leadership and coordination skills, and a relevant degree or diploma. Responsibilities include managing site operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction project experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Familiarity with local construction codes, safety regulations, and project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor work progress, site conditions, and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead site inspections, quality control, and safety compliance efforts.
- Manage procurement schedules, verify material deliveries, and oversee equipment allocation.
- Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and update project schedules.
- Assist in cost control and variation order management.
- Guide and mentor junior project staff and provide on-site leadership.
