A leading asset management firm in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented VCC Fund Manager to oversee operations, governance, and regulatory compliance of their Variable Capital Company funds. This full-time role requires at least 5–8 years of relevant experience with Singapore VCC structures, strong knowledge of MAS regulations, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business and possess hands-on fund operations knowledge.
Pharos Asset Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced VCC Fund Manager to oversee the operations, governance, and regulatory compliance of our Variable Capital Company (VCC) fund structures. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our VCC platform and in maintaining strong relationships with regulators and external service providers.
This position is based in Singapore and is a full-time role.
Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of VCC fund structures
Act as the key point of contact with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, legal advisers, and corporate secretaries
Ensure full compliance with MAS regulations, VCC requirements, and internal governance policies
Review NAV calculations, financial statements, and investor reporting prepared by external service providers
Coordinate fund onboarding, shareholder matters, and ongoing corporate actions within the VCC framework
Support audit, tax, and regulatory filings, including liaising with MAS and other relevant authorities
Maintain proper documentation, controls, and internal records for all VCC entities
Assist management with fund structuring, operational enhancements, and platform scalability initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in fund operations, fund administration, or regulated fund environments
Hands‑on experience with Singapore VCC structures is essential
Strong working knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements and fund governance practices
Experience liaising with fund administrators, auditors, and other external parties
Highly detail‑oriented, well organised, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
Professional qualifications (e.g. CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage
