We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting internal users, and maintaining system efficiency and security across the organization.
Microsoft 365 Administration:
Oversee day-to-day administration and management of Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and services. Provide user support and ensure proper configuration and access control across all platforms.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
Collaborate with the HR department to facilitate the IT aspects of onboarding and offboarding. This includes provisioning and deactivating user accounts, configuring and deploying hardware/software, and setting up email and communication tools.
Reporting and Data Analysis:
Design, automate, and maintain business reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel. Apply business logic to ensure actionable insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
IT Systems & Infrastructure Management:
Administer and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, firewalls, servers, printers, and end-user workstations. Oversee and manage enterprise applications such as ERP systems, software tools, and license subscriptions.
Vendor Management:
Serve as the point of contact for third-party IT vendors. Track and follow up on service tickets, purchases, and any issues related to external providers.
Technical Support:
Provide timely and effective technical assistance to employees, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues as needed.
IT Security & Compliance:
Implement and enforce IT security measures to safeguard company data and systems. Support compliance efforts by aligning with internal policies and relevant industry standard
