Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant (Project & Documentation) to provide essential support on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will document management, project coordination, and procurement support. Requirements include a minimum of Nitec and at least one year of relevant experience.   • Position : Admin Assistant (Project & Documentation) - Up to $3,500 + AWS

  • Location : East – Ubi (Near MRT)

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Service & Maintenance

Main Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Prepare, format, and maintain all project documentation, including reports, purchase orders, progress claims, and meeting minutes, ensuring easy retrieval.

  • Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones. Act as a liaison between internal departments (accounts, HR, procurement) and external parties (clients, vendors).

  • Procurement Support: Aid in the procurement process by preparing requisitions, liaising with vendors, and tracking material deliveries.

  • Administrative & HR Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry. Assist with site staff timesheets, logistics, and manpower reporting.

  • Compliance: Maintain accurate records for permits, licenses, and safety documentation to ensure project and company compliance.

Requirements
  • Minimum of Nitec with at least one year of relevant working experience.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can speak mandarin.
