Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our General Manager in leading the admin and operations team. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of safety and quality care.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and leverage technology for process improvements
- Develop emergency response plans and serve as Site Incident Controller/Main Controller
- Coordinate/conduct table top exercises and fire drills (SCDF)
- Develop, review, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure equipment maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor and maintain licenses, certifications, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery
- Address concerns, feedback, and operational issues
- Ensure safety of equipment, infrastructure, and environment
- Stay updated on MOH advisories and directives, implementing necessary changes
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years of operational experience, with 2 years in nursing home or hospital operations management
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, action-oriented, and analytical with excellent planning skills
- Team player
- Good IT/computer skills
