A leading Insurance Firm in Singapore is seeking a Compliance Manager to enhance their Compliance framework and liaise with regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Compliance experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work independently. This is a new headcount due to business growth, providing an exciting opportunity for growth in a hands-on environment.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in Compliance, ideally with experience in Regulatory and AML work.
Experience in an Insurance Firm or Insurance Broker is a plus.

The Role
My client is a leading Insurance Firm and we are looking for a Compliance Manager in SG. This is a new headcount due to their growth plans in Asia, and we are looking for a Compliance professional who is keen to be part of this global business in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Subject matter expert for all Compliance policies and framework within the business
Liaise with regulators, auditors, external vendors whenever required
Implement and enhance the AML / CFT / Sanctions and Anti Bribery related processes
Draft and mitigate any Compliance policies and gaps within the firm.
Assess the impact of the Risk profile, and mitigate any gaps within the business
Monitor any changes in regulatory developments and ensure the AML policies are in line with laws and regulations
Carry out investigation work should there be any alerts, red flags etc
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Compliance - ideally with experience across Regulatory and AML work
A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience in an Insurance Firm or Insurance Broker
Ability to work independently and with regional stakeholders.
