VP of Regulatory Compliance (Digital Assets/ Investment) - Mandarin Speaking

We are hiring for one of our clients in the Digital Asset payment industry in Singapore.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full compliance program: policies, monitoring, surveillance, conflicts, best execution, client asset rules, etc.
• Advise on fund launches, offering documents, investor suitability, valuations, and marketing rules.
• Handle all MAS reporting, inspections, licensing changes, and senior appointments.
• Work with product and tech teams to build compliant systems and controls.
• Lead or support Hong Kong SFC licensing (Type 1/4/9) and ongoing compliance.
• Run training programs and drive a strong compliance culture.

You Need

• 7+ years in investment/fund-management compliance at a fintech, broker, asset manager, or exchange.
• Strong grasp of Singapore’s SFA, FAA, CIS Code, custody rules, and tech/outsourcing guidelines.
• Experience with tokenized assets or carbon credits is a bonus.
• Hong Kong SFC experience is highly valued.
