Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments/crypto/fintech compliance, ideally in VASP.
• Deep knowledge of MAS PSA, DPT rules, and Travel Rule.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics and screening tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the expert on Singapore's Payment Services Act.
• Transform MAS rules into actionable policies and controls.
• Manage daily compliance tasks like transaction monitoring.
