Job Description

• Provide regulatory guidance across the business, covering laws, regulations, AML/CFT requirements, digital asset guidelines, and emerging industry best practices.
• Establish, enhance, and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls to support both existing operations and upcoming digital asset initiatives.
• Identify and assess enterprise-wide risks, including emerging risks from crypto-related activities, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Lead and coordinate regulatory inspections, audits, and queries, ensuring timely responses, accurate documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
• Monitor AML/CFT risks, including crypto-relevant typologies, and ensure robust controls are embedded into business processes.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years of compliance experience within digital assets or crypto compliance.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and AML/CFT requirements, with familiarity or exposure to MAS guidance on digital assets.
• Hands-on experience preparing for and responding to regulatory audits or inspections.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to advise senior management on governance, regulatory matters, and digital asset risks.
