  • Oversee the company’s overall administrative, business, HR, and legal compliance functions to ensure smooth daily operations and organisational effectiveness. This role requires a strong ability to manage documentation, drive internal policies, handle corporate matters, lead HR processes, and support the company’s strategic and operational goals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple departments while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative, business, and operational activities of the company.
  • Manage company contracts, agreements, and documentation, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with legal counsel, government agencies, and external stakeholders on compliance and corporate matters.
  • Lead HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, and staff welfare.
  • Develop and implement business policies, SOPs, and internal controls across departments.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and preparation of business reports and management presentations.
  • Handle corporate governance, risk management, and statutory submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth business operations.
