Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing from recognized training institution as approved by Singapore Nursing Board and a post-basic qualification in the relevant nursing specialty.
Singapore Registered Nurse with at least 10 years of post-registration clinical experience, of which 2 years must be in supervisorial position.
Previous experience in nursing management or administration, preferably in a startup or expansion setting.
Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
