What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices using Python as the primary backend language.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues related to external Java APIs or applications as part of system integration.
• Build responsive, high-quality, and efficient front-end interfaces using ReactJS and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and financial domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain API integrations and ensure seamless communication across internal and external systems.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability align with financial industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and system design discussions.
• Contribute to the enhancement of AI-enabled features where applicable (preferred).
• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack and ensure timely resolution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of development experience, ideally in financial services or wealth management domains.
• Strong backend development skills using Python (primary).
• Experience with Java for debugging, integration, and API-level issue resolution (secondary).
• Mandatory hands-on experience with ReactJS and JavaScript for front-end development.
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, LLMs, or AI-driven system enhancements is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
