Job description
What the role is

We seek a dynamic individual to lead, develop and execute activities related to the engagement of TP alumni through organising events, managing alumni system and providing data‑driven insights to enhance alumni engagement across the institution. The candidate should have a ‘can-do’ attitude, a strong background in engaging people of varying age groups, good organisational skills in events management and systems thinking.

What you will be working on

The candidate would be the main lead responsible for increasing alumni engagement and contribution from conceptualisation, execution to reporting through the following:

  • Organise annual alumni events/activities to increase alumni engagement and contribution. These events/activities would be held beyond the regular office hours.
  • Connect with prominent / outstanding alumni and encourage them to give back to TP through innovative strategies.
  • Manage alumni membership and benefits programme.
  • Manage a TP-wide alumni events calendar of activities organised by schools and departments.
  • Work with internal and external partners to create strong communication channels with alumni and students to increase their participation and engagement in programmes and activities.
  • Facilitate monthly Alumni Engagement Sync meetings and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Manage a central alumni profile database via excel and in future, an alumni engagement system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide data analytics and insights to internal partners on alumni engagement activities, outcomes, and trends across the institution.
  • Update and manage data migration for the new alumni engagement system for launch in October 2026.
  • Participate in the solutioning, system testing and change management for the launch of the new alumni portal in October 2027.
What we are looking for
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • At least three years’ experience in events management, alumni/stakeholder engagement, and data or digital coordination; experience with CRM systems or alumni/customer engagement platforms is an advantage.
  • Good digitalisation and analytics capabilities (e.g., CRM systems, Power Apps/Automate, UiPath, Excel, Power BI/Tableau) with strong database management skills, and the ability to present insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong organisational, communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills are essential with a collaborative mindset to work with various stakeholders.
  • Able to support events that are held beyond regular office hours.
