Overall Job Purpose:
To support the development and drive the implementation of the organisation’s corporate strategies and other major corporate-wideADD initiatives such as the Greater Sentosa Masterplan (GSMP).
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement the corporate strategy planning process and platforms – including Management Strategy Planning Workshops, Divisional Workplans Presentations, Board Retreats and MTI Annual Strategic Reviews etc.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop the corporate priorities and strategies, communicate them, and to report and track corporate performance.
- Work on key corporate initiatives – including Greater Sentosa Masterplan (GSMP) overall project secretariat and coordination, cost benefit analysis and projections, and funding and resourcing requests.
- Coordinate and facilitate the various SDC‑MTI engagement platforms and align with WOG/Ministry level initiatives.
- Analyse key Sentosa gamble data including visitorship and guest satisfaction, and work with business line units on data‑driven recommendations and follow‐up actions.
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Required)
- Tertiary qualifications in any field of discipline
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience. Less years of experience may be considered at a lower grade.
- Comfortable with numerical and data analysis
- Strong writing, presentation and persuasion skills
- Can‑do attitude
- Attuned to the latest news, trends and thoughts, as well as able to think out of the box
- Sense of realism and able to see through good ideas from conceptualisation to implementation
- Interest in developing the leisure and tourism industry from a public sector lens
