Job summary

A leading eldercare organization in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Corporate Secretary to support Senior Management and the Board. In this role, you will coordinate board meetings, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain corporate records. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretariat, governance, or executive support roles.

  • Organise corporate events and conferences.

Skills

Strong understanding of corporate law

Education
