We are seeking a skilled Food & Bar Supervisor to manage our dining and bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both food service and mixology, excellent leadership abilities, and a dedication to exceptional customer service. You will ensure smooth and efficient operations, maintaining high standards for both food and beverages.

• Supervise and train both kitchen and bar staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee food and bar inventory, coordinating with suppliers for orders.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus.
• Create and update the bar menu with innovative cocktails and drinks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining and bar area.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
