Job description

The Alkaff Mansion is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Guest Relations Executive to manage Front of House operations. In this role, you will ensure that service standards and reservation systems align with 1 Group’s SOPs and local health regulations. You will work closely with the concierge team and coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service staff to support outlet goals and maintain smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Manage reservations, seating, and booking inquiries.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist with billing, payments, and cash/card transactions.
  • Support FOH and BOH teams for smooth operations.
  • Promote menu items, specials, and offers to enhance sales.
  • Collect guest feedback and report insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.
Job Requirements
