We’re now looking for a Sous Chef to step in — someone reliable, hungry to grow, and ready to help lead a tight, focused team.

The Role

You’ll be the right hand to the Head Chef, helping to run service smoothly while bringing ideas to the table. This isn’t a place where you disappear into a hierarchy — it’s a chance to be part of shaping the food direction, building specials, and mentoring the crew.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team during service, keeping standards high.
  • Work with the Head Chef on menu planning and specials.
  • Uphold consistency, quality, and hygiene.
  • Train, guide, and motivate junior chefs.
  • Manage prep, ordering, and cost control together with the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as Sous Chef, or strong Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
  • Solid cooking skills, discipline, and reliability.
  • Creative mindset and willingness to experiment with flavors.
  • Team player who thrives in a small but driven kitchen.
