A gastrobar in Singapore is looking for a Sous Chef to join their innovative team. You will collaborate closely with the Head Chef on menu planning and lead the kitchen team during service. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in a similar role or be a strong Chef de Partie ready to advance, with solid cooking skills, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset. This role offers a salary range of SGD 5,500 – 5,900 per month, along with creative freedom in menu development and growth opportunities.

In Bad Company is an independent gastrobar with one clear mission: break the rules of bar food. Since 2019, we’ve built a kitchen where creativity and consistency come together, and where chefs actually get the chance to leave their mark. We’re now looking for a Sous Chef to step in — someone reliable, hungry to grow, and ready to help lead a tight, focused team.
You’ll be the right hand to the Head Chef, helping to run service smoothly while bringing ideas to the table. This isn’t a place where you disappear into a hierarchy — it’s a chance to be part of shaping the food direction, building specials, and mentoring the crew.
Salary range: SGD 5,500 – 5,900 / month (depending on skillset & experience).
