Responsibilities

• Prepare and tabulate the project budget for each material.
• Do quantity take-off.
• Can do market analysis and quote invitation for subcons and suppliers.
• Able to do calculation about Earthworks Excavation works.
• Can check actual work done and certify maincon payments.
• Able to prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), rebar and concrete fluctuation by base index and current index.
• Prepare quotation and progress claims for sub contract works, equipment rental and disposal.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate.
• Must know how to use Autocadd 2D and 3D, Excel and Powerpoint.
