Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Structural Modeller (Precast) to support precast design and construction projects. You will develop detailed precast and reinforcement models, produce shop drawings, and coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in Allplan and AutoCAD, and an understanding of precast concrete elements. Experience with Singapore precast projects is preferred.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Structural Modeller (Precast) to support precast design and construction projects. The role involves developing detailed precast and reinforcement models, producing shop drawings, and coordinating with engineers, factories, and site teams to ensure accuracy, buildability, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare precast structural and reinforcement models using Allplan.
• Produce precast shop drawings, GA drawings, and bar bending schedules using Allplan and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, BIM teams, precast factories, and site personnel.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local codes, and company standards.
• Review and guide junior modellers to maintain drawing quality and consistency.
• models and drawings based on design changes, production requirements, and site feedback.

Requirements

• 4–8 years relevant experience in precast modelling and detailing.
• Strong proficiency in Allplan and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of precast concrete elements, connections, and reinforcement detailing.
• Experience working on Singapore precast projects is preferred.
• Able to work independently and meet tight project schedules.

Advantageous

• Experience with DfMA / PPVC / precast systems.
• Experience in Revit modelling.
• Familiarity with factory production drawings and site coordination.
