Position Summary
A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing excellent customer service, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with all safety and alcohol regulations. Bartenders create a welcoming atmosphere, engage with guests, and contribute to the overall success of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, take drink and food orders, and provide friendly, attentive service.
  • Mix, garnish, and serve beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
  • Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and menu knowledge.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, equipment, and utensils.
  • Manage bar inventory: restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and supplies.
  • Process payments accurately via cash, card, or POS systems.
  • Verify customer identification and ensure all patrons meet legal drinking age requirements.
  • Monitor customer alcohol consumption and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
