Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform month-end closing including preparation of financial statements, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
2. Responsible for the payment processing of suppliers, staff claims, and other general expenses.
3. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
4. Prepare bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.
5. Preparation and submission of GST, CPF, Tax Clearance and other claims.
6. Preparation of Financial Information for external audits and correspond directly to auditors to provide requested schedules and support.
7. Familiar with work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
8. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
2. Proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (read, write and speak)to liaise with overseas associates.
4. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Preferably living in the north.
9. Able to start within short notice.
