Associate, Specialist, Product Management - Bancassurance, Consumer Banking Group

Our bancassurance business covers life, general, and health insurance across various banking channels.
Job Purpose
The candidate will be responsible for building and leading the distribution of insurance products through the assigned channel, aligning with business demand and dynamics.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive and deliver bancassurance fee income targets for the bank.
- Identify suitable business opportunities across various verticals.
- Co-create and execute business strategies with vertical heads to ensure business delivery.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Enhance team productivity through engagement, certifications, training, sales support, and quality materials.
- Create a basket of insurance products based on customer segmentation.
- Manage operational and sales fulfillment with partners to ensure compliance and ease of process.
- Lead a high-performance team of subject matter experts across bank verticals for support and distribution quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards for all insurance products.
Requirements
- Experience in driving business support from the product side.
- Preferably post-graduate qualification in Management, Sales, Finance, or Marketing.
- Prior experience in sales management, stakeholder management, financial and competition analysis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and initiative in creating product and distribution strategies.
Work Relationships
- Collaborate with distribution teams and manage production through liaising with sellers.
- Manage partner relationships concerning product, process, sales support, and post-sales service.
