Job summary
A leading shipping company in Singapore seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage full set accounts and support finance operations across the region. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, strong knowledge of accounting standards, and proficiency in accounting software. Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts: GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.

- Manage full set of accounts: GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform month-end closing and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
- Prepare GST / corporate tax filings
- Monitor cash flow, intercompany transactions, budgeting, and forecasting
- Implement internal controls and recommend process improvements
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in full set accounts (shipping/logistics experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, independent, and proactive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to full finance operations in a leading shipping firm
